HAIR REMOVAL

KALON uses three different types of products for hair removal. Soft wax, hard wax, and Nufree formula are all used to remove the most course, fine, short, stubborn hairs. 

NuFree is the most effective hair removal treatment as it is designed to effectively remove dark, course hair. It does not adhere to the skin, therefore making the removal as comfortable as possible. NuFree can grasp hairs up to 2mm short, so no need to wait too long for your hair to grow out. Nufree is used in our brazillians, underarms, and some facial hair removal. 

Hard wax is very gentle on the skin while still being extremely effective. It leaves no residue anywhere on the skin and is very non-irrating for this sensitive area. No strips are applied, as it is self hardening. Hard wax is offered in our brazillians, used around our sensitive brow area, and some facial hair removal. 

Soft wax is applied thinely and is removed using a strip. It is ideal for hair removal in large areas such as legs, arms, back and chest. 

After each hair removal Finipil is applied directly to the area. Finipil removes 99.9% of germs and prevents infections in the empty hair follicles. A cooling agent is used to calm and soothe the pores and reduce redness. 

To prevent ingrowns KALON recommends gently exfoliating the skin with a body brush or chemical exfoliant 3-7 days after waxing/hair removal. This will eliminate a dead skin buildup, allowing the hair to grow without any blockage.
